Since I last posted I’ve talked to three different people. We are fairly certain things are on track, but somehow I doubt it. They seemed to think the activation would happen while we waited, but it didn’t so that probably means something else is wrong.
Somehow my IMEI and SIM numbers were wrong. I don’t know how that happens. Also we got the IMEI number off by one during the process. My rate plan was wrong somehow. I switched sim cards around between phones once. I don’t even know. Disaster is truly the right word.
Now it’s the wonderful waiting again. Which usually means nothing will work.
