I just waited a whole minute for TiVo Swivel Search to come up. Why? Because I accidentally hit the button in the wrong place. God knows like everyone else, I don’t actually use swivel search.
Look TiVo, maybe you’ve heard of multithreading, it allows a computer to do two (or more!) things at once. That means that while you’re waiting forever to load swivel search you can offer an option to cancel and go back.
Now I realize that it’s tough to work at TiVo. The product has been out for only like ten years, and you’ve had what, three updates? Wow, what a whirlwind! But just a suggestion, learn to code, bitches!!!

I hate swivel search too. While I’m not a big fan of the corporate way, TiVo might want to try out a little thing called a “focus group”. Maybe they might find out what their customers really want and stop loosing market share to Comcast’s DVR.
