Barack Obama has a plan to cut the federal deficit in half by 2013.
What I like about this is now that he’s switched the discussion to how to tighten the belt, republicans will either have to be essentially on his side, or appear to be against fiscal responsibility. It won’t look too good if republicans pop out another 0 vote when it comes to saving money. Brilliant!
