The republicans in congress are calling for a spending freeze. No reasons why it would help, just a spending freeze. Just, ‘Hey guys, why don’t we freeze spending!”
I love how they see no need for logic. It also shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how economies work. I mean, saying the economy is bad is the same thing precisely as saying spending has gone down. So how would a spending freeze fix the spending going down?
