Healthy Homemade Guacamole
I'm very into cooking these days. I'm so done with fast food, I really don't like it and the truth is constantly eating out fast or full service really costs a lot of money. The other thing I've found is that I like to eat foods I want how I like them prepared. One of my favorite foods to prepare now is guacamole. Guacamole is a great learning food. It's very easy to make, although preparation and selection of the avocado seems to be what's most important.

This week on the Models of the Runway episode, "Should I Stay or Should I Go?", Cerri McQuillan originally from Dublin, Ireland was brutally rejected by designer Jonathan Peters. His outfit was truly bad and the only thing good about it was Cerri who looked fabulous on the Project Runway episode, "Hey, That's My Fabric".
NBC Dramedies: The Office episode “Happy Hour”
The Office is another of NBC's comedies that has greatly improved this year. This is the first year I and a number of my friends have watched it. Previous seasons suffered from what my friend Daniel calls, "Sitcom Embarrassment Syndrome" which is when a show get so uncomfortable that you can't watch it anymore. This season, The Office has done a lot of work to improve that and the show has become really good because of it.
NBC Dramedies: Parks and Recreation episode “Summer Catalog”
NBC has been doing a great job of adding touching drama to their Thursday night comedies. This week on the "Summer Catalog" episode of Parks and Recreation they tempered the comedy with the continuing story of the love triangle between Ann Perkins (Rashida Jones), Andy Dwyer (Chris Pratt) and April Ludgate (Aubrey Plaza).
