<ul>
  <li>Is prop 8 invalid, that is should it never have been on the ballot because it&#8217;s a revision to the constitution instead of an amendment to the constitution?</li>
  <li>Does prop 8 violate the separation of powers doctrine? Is it blocking the courts from enforcing the equal protection clause of the state constitution?</li>
  <li>If prop 8 is constitutional what happens to the couples that are already married?</li>
</ul>

<p>It will be interesting to see how this goes. It sounds like this will be the end of the line on this particular issue no matter how it goes.</p>]]></content:encoded>
